Description
Feedback simulations, Measurements of beam current and gun voltage at CTF3

Participants: E. Adli, G. Balik, B. Caron, R. Corsini, B. Dalena, A. Dubrovskiy, J. Esberg, L. Gatignon, E. Koukovini, E. Marin, Ö. Mete, G. Morpurgo, A. Oeftiger, G. Rumolo, D. Schulte, H. Shaker, J. Snuverink, G. Sterbini, F. Stulle, R. Tomas, G. Zamudio

J.S. reported on new simulations for the correction of ground motion in the BDS. Results are improved compared to older ones. SVD correction is sufficient for about 100s to 1000s. The usage of ground motion sensors, e.g. geophones, for feedback/feedforward is under study.

G.S. discussed results of current stability measurements at CTF3. The results are already close to CLIC specs and simulations show that current stability could be improved by a feedback. A possible implementation of such a system is described.
