Can we monitor all the parameters relevant for machine performance (e.g. in terms of luminosity)?
What can help us in pin-pointing the source of “non-confomities” (e.g. is it in the LHC, is it in the injectors”)
What is missing?
Do we have the tools required for data analysis and performance analysis? Fill-to-fill comparison, comparison with expectations
Can data mining and correlation tools be enhanced (e.g. TIMBER?)? How?
