1. TNA2.1 - Coordination (Diana)

- I will be moving to part time, and this task will be reallocated within INFN. Current candidate for this is Tony Calanducci, who will join us for this meeting.

- Gathering trip reports from EGI_TF, creating area in twiki and need to follow-up on website.

In general: I will begin to concentrate more on content (especially web), less on coordination.

2. Web report (Andrea)

- Fine tuning the Liferay-based web site.

- Solving issues on the web site.

- User support on the web site.

- Writing a survey portlet (which is missing for Liferay) using The Spring Framework and Hibernate.

Please send me all comments, issues you're currently having with the Liferay web site. Also, if you need special permissions on any part of the web site to add content, please let me know. If you have content available, please submit it for review by NA2.

3. TNA2.2 - Dissemination (Pina)

Work done

- preparation of poster exhibited at the EGI-TF

- logistic organization of the booth at the EGI-TF Work to be done

- organization of EMI participation at SC10 - contacts with partner booths

- contacts with user booths

- preparation of a poster to be included in INFN booth (n. 1513)

- preparation of a brochure for SC10

4. TNA2.3 - Technical Knowledge Management (Kathryn)

Work done

- Coordinating and preparing talks for in-reach session at EGI-TF

- Initial toc and content for deliverable DNA2.2.1

Planned

- More work on DNA2.2.1 (2.2.1 is correct)

- Collecting links to training resources for each middleware for wiki

- Creating some initial training content for the website based on the presentations at the in-reach session

5. TNA2.4 - Collaborations (Diana - remaining on this task)

- Revising deliverable DNA2.1.1 in line with presentation made for EGI_TF. See https://www.egi.eu/indico/contributionDisplay.py?contribId=47&sessionId=121&confId=48

 

6. TNA2.5 - Sustainability and User Community Relations (Ivan)

Work done:
- Collecting some thoughts about the sustainability of Grid. These pages are sent to Diana during the EGI TF.
- Talking with Users mainly from the hungarian NGI about the sustainability of Grid.

Work to be done:
- Composing the user survey
- Composing the base of the usability test
- Writing the DNA2.5.1
