In this talk, I will present CosmoLattice, a user-friendly, modern and parallelized C++ framework to perform lattice simulations of the dynamics
of interacting scalar and (non-)Abelian gauge fields in an expanding universe. To exemplify its versatility and usefulness, I will also present original research performed with it. I will first talk about the dynamics, in the Jordan frame, of scalar fields non-minimally coupled to gravity. I will then briefly discuss the potential of doing spectroscopy of particles couplings using gravitational waves.
