1. Christine will prepare an excel sheet to organize the suggestions for invited speakers for ACP2021, March 7-11, 2022; see here

2. Our next IOC meeting will be on January 12, 2022 at 17:00 CERN time. At that time, we will discuss as well the site visit to South Africa. We will invite the South African LOC to this meeting.

3. Because of the event in March 2022, there will not be ASP activity in July 2022 as originally planned: too close in time. Instead, all the ASP2022 events will be together toward the end of the year in November/December 2022.

4. For the Event of March 2022, there will be a scientific committee meeting on December 9 at 14:00 CERN time. You should have received the information. If you cannot attend, you send comments or suggestions (including suggestions for speakers).

5. The event of March 7-11, 2022

• It will be a hybrid event at Cadi Ayyad University in Marrakesh, Morocco;
• Suggestions for successful hybrid event with remote connections: favor speakers that can be present in-person; in-person people giving comments should use microphone; ask comments from remote participants first before the in-person people; microphone in room muted when someone is talking.
• Ask the LOC to work on the logistics for a successful hybrid event: internet connectivity and videoconferencing.
