Apologies: Aluwani

1. We discussed updates from Michael and Toivo. The data and plots are on the agenda page under "November 24, 2021". We suggest that everyone should prepare their data in text or Excel formats (like Michel showed) and plot them on the same graph (like Toivo showed). No smoothing, no interpolation or extrapolation; rather just the raw data with any time gaps—for the plots, please see the example of Toivo about Mozambique in the agenda page https://indico.cern.ch/event/1099484/. We would like to stare at the plots and then discuss how to handle the time gaps, before we move to modeling.

2. For the data, please check first your government sources. If you do not find data there, please check the WHO sources. Getting plots from government or WHO sources is fine but to do the modeling, we will need the data in text or Excel formats. We also want the make the plots ourselves.

3. Modeling. We will need to decide whether we will have to re-model the data from "ground zero", i.e. since the beginning of the pandemic or we start the modeling from where we left off in the previous analysis or from when the vaccination campaigns started. We will decide this when we have all the data as mentioned in 1) and 2) above.

4. Action item for next meeting: Please do like to Michael and Toivo—see 1) above. Let's please converge on the data collection (text or Excel) and data visualization (graphs made by ourselves) soon so that we may start discussing data preparation as inputs to the modeling.
