DR and Transfer Lines - Catia's slides

• new layout with DR only for the positrons and injection after linac 1;
• Optics for the ring and transfer lines is ready

DR parameter discussion - Ozgur's slides

• after the review in April we went back to the option with 2-bunch per RF pulse. 
  • baseline for DR as in CDR0: 16 bunches, spacing still under investigation into the linac (CDR: spacing 61 ns, injection/extraction time 100 ns).
  • Store time : 40 ms (enough for damping);
  • we keep the filling scheme of the CDR0;
  •  Emittance at the extraction has to be reviewed because it is a critical parameter for DR. What we know now is the normalized transverse emittances at the PBR (SPS) and BTR are 50 um in both planes. This value leave large margin for the emittance growth along the linac 2/linac4.
