E. Mahner, S. Ramberger, K. Schirm, R. Scrivens
Karl noted that although the initial wish was to recable, there are many old 3MeV cables interleaved with source cables and removing these will be difficult. However the final decision should be taken with Georgi on site.
Edgar confirmed that the layout of the 3MeV beamline is fixed, the full 3D model is finalized and parts are in production. Benoit has all the necessary information.
Suitbert confirmed EN-EL will remove cables that go over the "bridge".
Actions
- There is a test stand planning meeting on 9 Dec - Edgar will say a few days are needed (for Karl Schirm and EN-EL) to check the existing cabling needed in January for inspection (and lengths). Afterwards, 2-3 days are required for cable installations, the exact date remains to be determined.
- Karl will meet with Georgi in January 2022.
- Suitbert is providing the RF cable needs for the end of January as previously agreed.
- Richard and Karl will meeting beginning of January to see which racks presently in use.
- Karl to see with Benoit: 1) Present general layout status, and request a meeting before the end of the year on the status, b) for a marking layout for the beamline. Karl will request to Benoit and BE-GM to get the tracing for the end of the January. This is input for EN-EL to be able to assess if the cables are long enough.
- Richard will check if the interlocking cables for magnets are clear in the document supplied by Julien.
- Richard will check the previous water use at the test stand in 2013, as information (on pressures etc) to get additional requirements from equipment groups for cooling (note: The RFQ structure cooling is wello defined).
- Karl will check with Gabor on the skid schedule (after a message about lacking some material).
