TNA2.1 - Coordination
As announced, this task will move to a new person - if confirmed, Tony Calanducci (in cc)
Diana will concentrate more on producing content.

TNA2.2 - Dissemination
Pina handling SC10 organization. Several actions on this front:
Pina circulated the list of exhibitors, Action all: please identify all booths relevant to EMI for branding purposes.
Actions Pina and Diana: produce brocure draft to circulate to NA2; produce EMI content for posters of booths that need these materials.
Action Katarina: send Pina and Diana Nordugrid content requirements for EMI (e.g. how much poster space)
Actions all:
- If you have a booth (or know of one) which is expecting EMI content, please contact P and D
- Consider what kind of gadget/branding item we could produce for booths that use our product but do not have allocated poster space. One idea is EMI stickers. Any others?
- Consider the possibility of an EMI entrance banner, with perhaps a list of booths that use our product. Cost is roughly $5000 on average

DNA2.2.1 ToC circulated by Kathryn, will be forwarded to PEB
Discussed creation of on line training materials for PM6 milestone. Kathryn will create such materials from the inreach presentations and other collected materials, with assistance from Diana, Tony, Andrea and possibly others, a web area on the public website, following collection of these materials in twiki

TNA2.4 - Collaborations
Diana is revising DNA2.1.1 and will create web area for all collaborations, in particular for the Works-with-EMI program; please familiarize yourselves with the EMI collaboration activities

TNA2.5 - Sust & User relations
Ivan's questionnaire is being elaborated by PEB; Ivan to be put in the loop on this work
DNA2.4.1 requires a gLite and a UNICORE "historical" contribution, plus main text
Action Diana and Tony: forward Ivan the gLite contributions; find a UNICORE liaison for their contribution
Action all: please comment on Ivan's text as forwarded by Diana
