WLCG Tape REST API message exchange discussion

FTS and the experiments would require that we allow the cancellation of a specified subset of the files that were previously
submitted for staging. Example: As FTS is per-file oriented, it might want to cancel the staging of only 3
files out of the 10 it previously submitted in the same request.

The aim of the meeting will be to finish the discussion about the STAGE cancellation and to start discussing
the links between STAGE and UNPIN.

Francesco will have an internal discussion with his team to discuss whether the per-file STAGE cancellation requirement
will impact the design StoRM have in mind for our common REST API. He will report to us what was discussed.
