Apologies: Aluwani, Somiéalo, Toivo, Francisco
1. We discussed progress from Prof. Claudio, Michael and Moses. Prof. Claudio showed graphical representations of the data of Mozambique to explain the time correlations to the various waves of COVID-19 in Mozambique and associations to Delta and Omicron variants. We discussed that we need to see these types of graphical representations of all the data (from the other countries), with a good understanding of the conditions of the data collections and events and measures that impact the COVID-19 evolution in the country. After that, we will discuss the data preparation and format needed as inputs to the modeling.
2. The plots and tables presented are on the agenda. The recording is also available on the agenda page, https://indico.cern.ch/event/1106238/.
2. Next week, Wednesday December 22, we will discuss uniformity in the graphical representations, data preparations and the initial steps to the modeling.
3. Action item for next week: plot the data on the same graph just like Toivo has done for Mozambique. Moses will contact Toivo about plotting the data of Zambia.
