News and Info 1) Meeting agenda. We encourage all working groups to build their meeting agendas on Indico. The steering committee can help with this if necessary. Indico allows us to keep a long-term records of meeting details. This is useful for people that did not attend the meeting and would like follow details at their leisure; to follow development and progress; to prepare slides and reports, etc. Recording of the meeting should be done and uploaded to the agenda page. A short summary of salient points may also be added. 2) Convenership. As we begin the 2nd year of ASFAP, we understand that your priorities and commitments may have changed. Please let us know if you are unable to carry out your convenership or if we can assist you.
