    0. Ongoing Action List

    Updated in Savannah task list.

    It has been decided that, since there are a number of (possibly) old tasks, to ask all the developers to review the tasks this week: hopefully the next PASTE we'll have less than ~40 tasks.

    1. Production Issues

    DIRAC CREAM submission: in testing in certification. CNAF is being used for the tests.
    Philippe suggested to have an accounting "per pilot". Ricardo to follow.
    For some times, we'll have a hybrid system, where we directly submit to CREAM CEs and still use the WMS to submit to the LCG CEs.

    Suggestions to use Squid+FronTier for the ConditionsDB: PIC will set up a squid server, and Flavia Donno will help in setting up FronTier. On our side, Roberto and Elisa will follow.

    2. DIRAC Release Update

    Pre-release in certification, it includes latest bug fix from Andrew. Tests are still not running.

    The transformation production system has been reshuffled: mess was cleaned up, the whole structure of the the code has made simpler.

    3. DIRAC Tasks

    - Infrastructure monitoring (SAM,SLS,Dashboard)
    SLS reviewed: DIRAC services monitoring still not working perfectly but proven to be useful.
    - Framework status
    Minor fixes
    - Bookkeeping status
    New branch developed. Timescale is not clear.
    - DMS status
    Elisa will now follow up DMS devs.
    - Production Management status
    Reshuffled. Alexey updated agents to use the new Bookkeeping API. Still some work to do, needs coordination with Zoltan.
    - Web Portal
    New release will include a new tag of the web portal.
    - Documentation
    Quite advanced with the user guide. The documentation will be in the web portal menu from the next release.

        The task list is available via the Savannah DIRAC group ( Task List ). If you are not already registered please do so at the Savannah page. In order to streamline the time spent during PASTE on the actions list only tasks in the status 'ToBeDiscussed' will be discussed there. In case some actions fall by the wayside they will automatically be updated to this status. Therefore the action assignees should take care to update this. For ongoing actions it is advantageous to report any progress in the Savannah tasks each week.
