Summary of actions treated : 

- 8 EWB leak tested and validated

- 4 D105 HB leak tested and validated

- 4 D125 HB leak tests ongoing

- Liquid substance because of the wrong material of the leak test tool gasket of EWB and D125 HB under chemical analysis, bellows cleaned meticulously

- Cycling of each ref will begin on Wednesday

- CuCd RGA preliminary results after 650° TT show air dominance, better than hydrocarbons previously. Higher voltage test to be done and conductivity test to be done after

- Waiting the metrology of the HB convolution to take a decision for LHCTCLPX__0110 part

- Assembly of the table can begin 7-11th March becuse parts 142 not necessary for the beginning

- Jaws takt time 1 and a half part by week begin after 7th March and then cleaning

- Male part of the bearing nut to is the only one to produce for the tables 

 

Summary of actions to have for proto : 

- Change the design of LHCTCLPX__0124/125 parts and put a pocket to avoid the inflation of 2 hundredth after shrinking 

- Check with FSU to assemble the mechanical table 

- Possibly change the play of the interconnect from 2.5 to 5mm 

 

Summary of actions to have for serie : 

- Add an offset of 250um because of the update of the optical point by Riccardo in 2022. It impact the bean chamber position and modification of the oblong on the tank extremity. No impact for the jaws.
