- New procedure with a commonly used brazing with Ag, Cu, Pd. The behaviour is better regarding the strength et corrosion. Procedure attached to INDICO, EDMS 2739710
Plug-in:
- Asset creation
- Delays are tight, lot of refusing because of the delays and quantities
Mechanical table assembly:
- Assembly procedure is almost finished
- Cycling test will begin soon on 1 TCLPX and on 1 TCTPXH
- STI have to take the CEM rack for the cycling tests
TCC:
- Christophe (CEM) will update the software to be easier to understand/ have values
- Malik will work on it on the hardware part and for a potential chiller bath
Design:
- Washer to protect bellows during FE welding design to finish
- Update the TCTXPV plug-ins
- Jaw lifting tool to design
- Jaw and tank procedure
- Braze fitting leak test tool
- Ears for lifting of the collimators with a slope: 19mm difference
Absorber materials update:
- CuCD blocks tested on bench n.6, oil machined blocks good with 2x650°C, next batch with 4 or 8 blocks in a row
- Inermet to be sent to metrology – No updates last time
Combitac:
- Waiting for costs and delays
- Check the quantities needed
- Design modifications due to holes position
Production:
- Shaft on Monday from TT, then last machining step
- Contouring tank plate ongoing
- RF contact new drawings for the serie

- BPM flange at 40/30 with leak test on repaired ones

- Asked to Pablo to order 2 blocks – 2 more block only if metrology is good on the first 2 ones.
