  CLIC interaction region - when beams meet detectors 1h
  
  Selected items of the CLIC interaction region design are presented. The seminar will focus on the main detectors solenoids and their impact on the CLIC beams and luminosity. Optical compensation of beam distortions and incoherent synchrotron radiation in the interaction region magnets are studied. Finally some connection with beam-related backgrounds is pointed out.
