Ignacio presented the TOM. The slides and the document are available on indico. Some of the news:
Xavi will be the global communication between IT and the different communities. This particular meeting will probably continue with the same format. The meeting will be under the Business Engagement (leaded by S. Campana). D. Duellmann is the lead of the Technical Delivery (where most of the IT services stand). The new structure comes in play on the 1st of May.
One of the things is that roles will have fixed-term duration. This might apply also to the chair and secretary of this meeting.
There was a mail about the visit from the US Mail about the visit from the ambassador, scheduled for the 21st of April
Roundtable:
Steven presented slides of the data challenge: 2nd (or probably postponed to the 3rd) week of june. Data pipeline at 40GB. Goal to have a large set of reconstructible MC . Using Rucio, FTS, EOS and CTA to transfer data. Metacat is used for the metadata. Stores json information about filesets.
Steven: The DUNE collaboration meeting will happen in May
We are in the process of changing submission to tokens. It would be nice to talk to the responsible at CERN for that. Who is it?
Pablo: That would be Ben
Denis: Nothing to report
Elisabetta: We have scheduled two cycles of data taking of 20 days each, 25-april to mid may, and end of may until mid june, just before the data challenge.
Ignacio: We will create a poll to see if we can find a different slot for this meeting that could accommodate everyone.
Steven: Once a month, at this time is not that bad.
I: Would it be better if we move to wednesday?
Steven: Fine
Denis; Thursday is problematic. Other days might be better.
Ignacio. We'll send then the poll in the following days, and based on the results, we will decide the date for the next meeting.
