    0. Development tasks:

    Updated in Savannah. Following what we did the last week, we went through all the tasks with a number in the range 16839 - 18165.

    volhcb12 (development machine) and volhcb03 (certification machine) should also be used to develop and certify the web part.

    1. Production Issues

    Some jobs are using a lot of memory in the last validation: this shows once more how important would be to have a memory check in the pilots.
    As a side note, Validation is going to take more time than requested.

    2. DIRAC Release Update

    The next LHCb release will use the new bookkeeping service, which is a quite major reshuffle. There will be 2 bookkeeping service running at the same time, the old and the new; users will be alerted.

    We thought we were close to the realease. There are also few aesthetics features that could go in the release. We should anyway do the release before the reprocessing starts. Today a new pre-release will be rolled out.

    In the new release there will be plots for the history of running jobs in the Job accounting. WMS history will be limited to 2 or 3 months.

        The task list is available via the Savannah DIRAC group ( Task List ). If you are not already registered please do so at the Savannah page. In order to streamline the time spent during PASTE on the actions list only tasks in the status 'ToBeDiscussed' will be discussed there. In case some actions fall by the wayside they will automatically be updated to this status. Therefore the action assignees should take care to update this. For ongoing actions it is advantageous to report any progress in the Savannah tasks each week.
