First planning for 2 scenarios is shown, it still needs time added for dismantling and reinstallation/alignment of (TBC) TCC4 shielding, OTR optical line, spectrometer mirror, i.e. all items that need to be removed to take out or bring in a 10-m long plasma cell. Discussion with transport on Wednesday 23/03.

  • Integration Model

Location for racks next to TCC4 shielding. Can be moved ~25cm away from shielding to be installed under OTR optical line support to minimise the distance between racks. Vincent/Alban will update the model to confirm feasibility. The free passage should be at least 80cm. Cable lengths racks-to-cell are ~12m, cable length rack-to-trigger in TSG41 is ~7m

  • Decommissioning vapour source

Use the end of TSG4 to store items to be reused for vapour 2.0: oil bath, supports (unless useful for discharge cell), chillers, vacuum pump.

For the DPS, the full length underneath is needed for supports an equipment. Hence, the oil bath should be relocated.

  • Services

Eloise will assist at the next meeting between Alban & Chiara/Nicolas. No need to invite them to an integration meeting yet.

Cabling requests for EN-EL must be done before mid-May(13/05). Cabling racks-to-cell done by Alban, racks-to-trigger by EN-EL (à request), cabling between racks not clear yet.

  • Streak room

The streak room in TSG41 should stay as is, no additional equipment can go here. It is fine to connect to the streak room trigger signal.

  • Transport

Meeting scheduled on Wednesday. Transport of 10m long object from or to TCC4 means dismantling TCC4 shielding, OTR optical line, spectrometer mirror – maybe more (e.g. racks in TCV4). We need from EN-HE a feasibility check and time estimate, it needs to be dismantled and reinstalled/realigned twice [discharge cell tests with protons need shielding, OTR line and spectrometer installed/aligned/functional]

If the old vapour cell can be stored in TCC4 (? TT41), the dismantling and reinstallation/alignment is only needed once. However, many safety and operational aspects need to be addressed: blocking evacuation passages, having Rb in modified (incomplete) plasma cell, etc.
