 - The date is 24-28 October

 - We assume "Virtual" at present. seek "On-site" if possible

 => July 31 is the decision date : this date is added on Vertex2022 web page. Link to Japanese government page "travel restrictions" is also added.

 - talks from large experiments are discussed. ATLAS/CMS/LHCb/ALICE/Belle2=5/6/2/2/3 : please check the composition

 - talks from R&D groups are less clear. Currently 8 talks are nominated. We need to define RD50 talks (KH sent e-mail to Michael asking for the proposal) : please update others

- maximum is 35 talks (current number is 26) or about 30 if some short talks are to be considered.  

Time scale (dates are my proposal): 

We define the talk slots for large experiment by April 20. KH then send invitation letter to the experiments

Start calling for abstract for short talks (15-min talks x ~10) on May 1 and collect till 21 July

 R&D group talks should be proceeded in time
