Description

THIS TECHNICAL SEMINAR WILL BE HELD ON SITE AND WILL BE FOLLOWED BY A DRINK IN B40

Construction economist's role is to manage all costs relating to construction projects from initial design calculations to the final account, seeking to rationalise costs while achieving the required standards and quality.

The construction economist approach relies on sound data and various entries based on delivered projects' history to support project leaders in researching and preparing construction budgets and tenders for a wild range of constructions.

Samuel will presents the tool he built and uses to help SCE groups in planning the costs of each phase of their projects.

The presentation will be conducted in French and discussions in both English and French.
