Student request deadline for tomorrow (for Riccardo and Ewen).

Request to put LHCb velo to be at 15mm in this Run. -> Make a joint meeting with LNO next week.

For the BSRTM issue there is a discussion foreseen in the collimation working group (Fri next week). Enrico preliminary agreed with Stefano on the proposed settings.

IPAC abstracts to be sent to me by May 13th the latest (few days exception for papers in need of LHC data?).

LSWG meeting next Tuesday.

Injection measurements in the weekend will include the verification of the optics with flat orbit and could include Q''' measurements and Mael's MDs (chromatic amp. detuning). Important to test K-mod. Test of the MCS knobs.

Documentation of last year's injection measurements to wait for this year's Q''' measurements.

First ramp to include the IR local coupling correctors.

Javier Cardona to join from Friday.

Tools: missing the knob extraction and automatic implementation of models for on_disp, xsing. Andreas has tested the state tracker and it only needs implementation. Maybe feasible to have it in 2 weeks. MQT extraction works.

3 BPM slot acquisition test for this Saturday.

For the end of commissioning Felix is working on the arc phase advance.

Coarse settings for optics measurements will be at 8sigma. For the weekend measurement we will need a collimation expert to open gaps (possibly swapping shifts).

Injection optics correction to be removed as it was done in Run 2 (maybe at 2TeV).

It would be good to test DOROS extraction already on Saturday. From recent meeting there is no chance to have the DOROS synchronized with the rest of the BPMs. They need extra manpower. DOROS and regular BPM acquisition could be easily made to overlap (summer student or trainee to synchronize DOROS with other BPMs?).

ML optics corrections: some fixes are still needed to use new optics. Timeline ~2 weeks. For the BPM cleaning Elena will check betabeatsource.

Dipole b2: Ewen presents dipole b2 from Run 2 and from the new files from Per. Per mentions this is how wise works. To be carefully tested.
