        VO "DECH" as a candidate for a training VO for GridKa School 2007 10m
        - usage as training VO for GridKa School needs change of AUP, please see this link for a draft of an appropriate AUP - many sites have voted for the option to change the "DECH" VO's AUP - it's important to abide the established use cases - if "DECH" VO couldn't be used, remaining option is to set up a complete new VO (with little support of sites it seems)
