To get the new co-conveners going we have the following goals

a) to introduce the present conveners (Programme and Performance)
b) discuss milestones of what is expected from the group in the next few years
c) to take stock of who has done work, who is interested and who can do work in the future
d) to develop a plan of how we can make progress together
