Cryomodule string assembly in SM18 (I)

Teddy explained the assembly process.

Discussion of the tooling to be fabricated with Pierre. New tooling : trolley for the vane assembly and  rotating table for the valve, plus modifications of the  string) . Pierre will check with MME for the subcontracting the job. We would like to have the tooling this year.

Delivery of pieces to SM18 by Simon Barriere. SRF to prepare a space in SM18 to stock the pieces.

SRF will do a test to rinse one beam screen (to be confirmed with Chiara). Pierre will prepare a tooling to support the beam screen during rinsing and dry in the clean room (252).

Teddy will provide a preliminary planning. Nuria will include the rest of steps.

Coordination with Alignment will be done by Teddy. Alignment before and after clean room. For the moment no alignment measurements foreseen inside clean room

To be discussed with Chiara the rinsing of the pumping crosses. To be verified if a tooling is needed.

To be discussed with Chiara the leak checks and RGA to be done.
