Excused : Mathilde, Nadine, Piotr. -- TNA2.1 Emidio communicates submission for review of DNA2.2.1 and QR2 contributes. -- TNA2.2 Emidio communicates he has been asked from PM to produce an area in the web site describing EMI User Support. The User Support Area should contain links to the tools, user guides and documentation, FAQs, a web forum. -- TNA2.5 Peter reports about the progresses done with the text of DNA2.4.5 : updated TOC and contributions received by Oxana and Piotr. Peter reports also about the questionnarie for PT leaders, where he received Piotr comments. Peter communicates that deadline for sending comments, both for questionnaire and DNA TOC is today. -- TNA2.3 Kathryn communicates that she's going to participate to the EGI Traininig working group phone call, and asks for the guidelines to be followed there. Emidio says that we should stay close to the statements done in DNA2.2.1 : EMI NA2 will coordinate EMI training efforts, that will be delivered from EMI technical experts. EMI training efforts will focus on middleware installation and configuration. Kathryn asks about training plans for EMI TC/EGI UF, and whether in/out reach events have to be delivered. Emidio answers that outreach events have to be delivered, and he's waiting results of a survey being conduct by EGI, where topics needing more training will be identified. This survey will end December 20th; then it will possible to schedule topics for the training sessions. About inreach events, Emidio says that in his opinion would be better to have them earlier, and possibly to shape them as webinar. It's needed however to know which arguments needs to be addressed. -- Actions : Emidio : Investigate on more needed topics for in-reach events. Emidio : Produce text content for the user support web area, relaborating existing formal documents. Kathryn : Circulate links to the documentation already collected. Andrea : Investigate on appropriate technology for implementing a web forum on the EMI web site.
