Description
In many models, the flavour hierarchies among SM fermions are generated directly or indirectly through their dynamical mixing with new heavy (vector-like) fermions. Various predictions of such models for the FCNC and CP violation effects, generated by the presence of the heavy fermions, will be discussed.
