Dear All, In collaboration with WP5, we are planing to organise a ROC on Duty tutorial target to site admins and country representatives only. The tutorial is currently scheduled for 14-15/4/2007 in Cairo, Egypt but the date and the venue will be confirmed as soon as possible. The tutorial aims to be teach the participants everything they need in order to install and maintain a site, including a) Installation Tips and Tricks b) Site Maintenance procedures c) Monitoring tools and their usage (GSTAT, GRIDICE, SAM) d) Dealing with a ticket (opening one, responding to one etc) etc. As this is stage we would greatly appreciate if all partners could give us an estimate on how many people they are planning to send. I should also add that all partners are encouraged to send at least two site admins responsible for the day to day operation's of their site. Best Regards, Kostas Koumantaros WP3 Leader
