        • New LFC release - status
          From C5 report:

          DPM/LFC: Patch 983 for version 1.6.1 is currently in certification. In particular version 1.6.1 includes a new bulk query method for the LFC and the SRM 2.2 service for the DPM.

          Target is for deployment T0/T1s prior to mid-Feb for next ATLAS 'SC'-style activity.

          3. 1/4/2007: LHCb conditions in production at CERN, CNAF, FZK, IN2P3, PIC, RAL & SARA.

          Felt to be well worthwhile, but a long week.
          Worth doing – but not too often

          Current thought is to have a full collaboration workshop ~1 time per year, typically mid-way between last year's and this year's data taking.

          Complemented by topical / regional smaller workshops (outside as far as possible?).

          Will also have a smaller event - following up on outstanding issues - at CHEP 2007 (and CHEP 2009???)
