Description

T2K (Tokai to Kamioka) is a long-baseline neutrino-oscillation experiment using intense neutrino beam from J-PARC, and Super-Kamiokande detector at a distance of 295km. The primary goal of T2K is a complete understanding of the neutrino mass matrix, especially, discovering of the last unknown angle theta_13. The physics data taking started in January 2010. In the talk, current status of the experiment is reported.
