Eraldo added a new feature to FTS Monitor which shows explenations why certain links perform a certain way (Or why the optimizer makes certain decisions)

DUNE workflows depend on this to work very fast, however with recent tests 100 files takes 2-3s
One option would be to move to temporary_table queries in list_replicas
