Following up from the NorCC Workshop (https://indico.cern.ch/event/1104689/) we are arranging an informal workshop on R&D Computing and Machine Learning/AI in NorCC at the University of Oslo (information on exactly where at UiO will follow later)

The main purpose of the meeting is to get an overview of all the activities in NorCC related to R&D Computing and Machine Learning/AI and hopefully identify common problems, challenges and issues where we can benefit from better collaboration within the center. By learning about each other's work and plans we hope to have some fruitful discussions on a common way further and how we can better collaborate across activities in NorCC.

Initially we have set up contributions from all of the people who signed up to the initial survey. We do hope that everyone are willing to present what they are doing and what type of challenges they're facing, focusing more on the methods and less on the specific physics-related topics. Everyone has been assigned 20 minutes, but feel free to use less time if you want :-). Let us know if you want to change the topic of your talk, need more time, do not want to give present etc.

Please register for the workshop by following the link in the left bar on the indico page. Accommodation and lunch on Friday will be covered by the relevant NorCC activities.
