      • What is the way to request new feature?
        • Process to agree on mandatory / optional features?
        • Pass HTTP-TPC transfer info via TransferHeader mechanism
        • Versioning / list of supported functions?
      • Create simple twiki page with basic instructions
        • include reference to the current HTTP-TPC standard "1.0"
        • list of suggestions for new extensions
          • target standard version if we agree to implement given feature, timeline(?)
          • include rejected proposals with description
