Attendees : Marcelina Borcz, Emidio Giorgio, Kathryn Cassidy, Catherine Wang, Ivan Marton, Andrea Caltroni, Pina Salente, Mathilde Romberg, Katarina Pajchel Apologize : Piotr Bala - Web site : User Community Area Emidio comments on Andrea's implementation of Mathilde's draft, and asks that Community top-bar menu entry links directly to User Support area. Kathryn reports about on-going discussion with Product Team leaders about forum topics : they are concerned because there is no effort to dedicate, and similar tools are already existing and being used by the middleware. Mathilde comments that having different support systems could be confusing for users. Andrea comments that we should only cover EMI specific aspects. It is agreed that EMI fora will cover only EMI specific aspect, like the roadmap or interoperability, linking to the already existing tools for specific middleware/product topics. - DNA2.4.1 Ivan reports about progresses, other two chapters are being completed, help has been requested in order to complete some paragraph, but no answers received yet. Emidio reports about questionnaire for PT, that is being reviewed from PEB. - IN reach event Emidio reports SA2 requests of an inreach event, covering usage of EMI internal tools. It is decided to do a quick survey to all EMI members, asking about desired topics, modality (live or webinar), and suggested length/date. Pina asks if this event will be run during EMI-TC in Vilnius, Kathryn clarifies that will happen before. AOB Next conference will be Tuesday 18th, at same time (11 am CET). -- Actions : Kathryn (TCD) : Provide a draft survey for In-Reach event.
