      • Present: Fede, Jose, Emma, Giovanna, Larry, Alberto, Dave
      • Minutes: welcome newcomers! Relaunch activities of WG. First topic is to retake summary plots. Organise in a way the plots could be done. Ideally to standardise reinterpretation material. First step is to identify what can be compared (in which plane). Idea is to put all experiments in one plot (including faser).
      • Learn from errors from the past. Convenors need to know their procedures, they are responsibles for smooth communication within their own collaborations.
      • Concrete proposal for summary plots. Pick the Higgs to scalars model (number one here). Identify the plane where there is a common denominator of information (could be sigma vs ctau. Mass vs ctau, different benchmarks across experiments, it is not easy to do a mass interpolation). Choose a plane that can be filled where overlap of information is maximised. Start from there to later identify how to place the missing analysis in the plane, or what information would be needed to reinterpret to another plane (i.e. mass vs ctau). Start with a simplified model (ctau as free parameter) and the easiest approach to compile the plot.
      • Understanding the relationship with the LLP Community, may be worth discussing at the next WG meeting. We are a “weird” WG as the community came first.
      • LLP workshop proposal. Prepare a LLPWG proposal. Alberto will try to come up with something.
