Description

Over the last decade the gradient-flow formalism became a widely used tool for lattice simulations of QCD. After a brief introduction I will discuss how it can be used to regularize operators on the lattice and apply this strategy to the energy-momentum tensor as an illustrative example. Afterwards I will talk about the recent application to the electroweak Hamiltonian of flavor physics.
