F. Butin presented the planned or expected activities for next YETS. Main activities in AD ring will be focused on sector 4 that will be vented for extraction of 2 magnets for refurbishment (BHN46 and QFN32). VSC will profit of the venting of the sector to exchange non working MCP's from the IPM and also replace an RGA.

It was asked whether MCP's can stay in air during extended periods, and it was confirmed that it is no problem.

ELENA's works are expected to be limited to maintenance of the ion source and to possibly installation of the missing SEM in the LNE03 line, in view of installation of a new test beam line.

AD hall will see the renovation of the ALPHA barrack and refurbishment of the experiment side crane. It is confirmed that BASE LHe needs are taken into account.

The planned services disruptions were shown, knowing that many dates are not fixed yet (except power cuts which are known).

The various service groups are requested to put their requests for works forward, so that they can be integrated in the YETS planning and checked for possible interferences.

Michael Lonjon showed  the ongoing EL works on the 18kV substation. This includes in this first phase some prepartory works, that will be followed by civil engineering works to create more space outside the 193 building. The disconnections will occur during the YETS and should be transparent for the AD installations. Only general services of satellite buildings will be affected by power cuts,

AOB:

It was asked whether EPC plans tests at the beginning of the YETS that will prevent opening sector 4 rapidly.

There are minutes attached to this event. Show them.
