1. The dates for ACP2022 (in 2023), at NMU George Campus, finalized.

2. ASP2022 — November 28 – December 9, 2022
   • We have finalized the selection of international students and travel arrangements for them are in progress. 
   • LOC needs to prepare formal letters of invitation for international delegates (students, lecturers, speakers, participants), in particular, those who need entrance visa for South Africa
   • We should understand the progress and status on computing and software logistics
   • Selection of SA high school teachers
   • Learners program and contact with local and regional authorities and schools
   • Some lecturers asked for radioactive sources; we need to understand what is available locally and what needs to be purchased
   • The associated Mental Health Workshop, December 6-8
   • Options for excursion on December 4
   • Lodging accommodation options for lecturers
   • Scientific program.  A preliminary program was discussed earlier. We have started approaching potential lecturers. Formal invitations, in particular for people who need to apply for entrance visas, will be prepared by the LOC, to people who will be available to lecture 
   • We have an updated list of sponsors; we need an update of the poster.
