As the saying goes, "we're all in the same boat", but what does that mean in an office setting?

What does it mean to have an "ideal collaboration" between different working groups at CERN?
How can we get better and leverage synergies, align goals and aim higher?

 

During this 4-hour workshop, we are going to identify any anchors in our way, generate ideas to improve our services and processes internally. 

At the end of the session, all teams will end up with concrete next steps to take in order to bring their ideas to life and implement them in their workflow.

 

With the IdeaSquare twist, this will be a session full of energy, collaboration and lots of fun!
