      Preparation for multi-VO Tier0-Tier1 tests - WLCG Milestones 10m
Preparation & scheduling of WLCG Q1 milestones 1-3:

Target data rates are based on the Megatable (65% / 50% / 35% respectively) - need to be clear about peak and average rates

At CERN, the FTS Channel shares will be adjusted according to these data rates by VO per site prior to start of ATLAS exercise (26 Feb) until at least end-March (or end 2007?)

Do we need to ask Tier1s to adjust their channel shares? - need T1-T1 / T1<->T2 data rates else leave default

Specific tests that require different shares, e.g. ALICE (or other) HI transfers, will have to be scheduled around these milestones and other experiment-driven activities.

Monitoring of progress (beyond GridView) - review experiment view on weekly basis at LCG ECMs in March?

Minimum channel share will be 5%.
ATLAS rates in megatable are peak - shares will be based on average rates, i.e. peak / 2.
These will be set in 3rd week of February prior to the start of ATLAS Tier0 exercise on Monday February 26th.
An open question is T1-T2 / T1-T1 channels - should we also set VO shares on these? (To be revisited in a few weeks...)
