For what concerns TCC simulations: 

- Good agreement with the 'fast jaw' experimental data--> we used the theoretical TCC obtained from calculations (M4 torque-->pre-load--> thermal conductance-->TCC). Luisa is checking all the experimental output and compare it with your datasets. 

- If this is confirm, that we will investigate the second jaw, try to give you the corresponding TCC and we will see if it is acceptable (maybe we can run a simulation in ANSYS with the FLUKA inputs to see the max temperature/deformation obtained is acceptable). 

Given the low thermal load we had on the TCLPX, I do not expect problem at the level of temperature/deformation. 

However, what we are telling you it is just an equivalent thermal conductance. I would be useful to understand from where it comes from (pipes flatness as you said?) and if it can lead to problem during operation.

Pour info le test non étuvé est lancé sur les 2 PT100 depuis hier soir. J'espère pouvoir faire une mesure (dépend de la pression atteinte) avant ce soir. Je vous tiens au courant

@Dylan: du coup, est ce que la date de jeudi 20/4 pour le test d'acceptante UHV au b.113 des 2 mâchoires TCTPXH toujours réaliste?

Brides DN300 : matière réceptionnée, usinage au planning Brides BPM : en attente de soudage FE Doigts RF : 2 contacts en cours d'argentage TE-VSC, dispo début de semaine prochaine Pièces RF URGENTE : commande matière en attente de signature chez F-X

Luca : 

• Concernant le tableau avec les tolérances à indiquer sur les plans, tout est fait. 
  Pour info, sur les plan du sandwitch with cooling and blocks LHCTCSPM0129, j'ai laisse la tolérance de 0.3. Si vous voulez ajouter la note, il n'y a pas de soucis.

• Concernant les platines : toutes les modifications sont faites et les plans sont à jour (trois platines)
• Concernant les mâchoires / tank / support TCLPX-TCTPXH: toutes les modifications sont faites à l’exception de quelque petite chose qui est en stand-by. 

Restent tous les ensembles à mettre à jour

• TCTPXV tout est à jour
• Concernant le TCTPM : le modèle 3D est fait. Si on veut le voire ensemble avant de commencer faire les plans, je suis disponible.

Comme je te disais, sur une des deux platines on utilise un connecteur 4 pin à la place d'un 8 pin, mais j'ai fait un seul plan (un seul modèle 3D) de la platine avec une note.

Pouvez vous regarder si ca vous convienne?
