During this meeting, the members of the MuCol Governing Board should take a certain number of decisions:

1) Endorsement of the proposed WP leaders according to the list below:
WP1: Roberto Losito (CERN)
WP2: Donatella Lucchesi (UNIPD)
WP3: Natalia Milas (ESS)
WP4: Chris Rogers (STFC)
WP5: Antoine Chance (CEA)
WP6: Claude Marchand (CEA)
WP7: Luca Bottura (CERN)
WP8: Lucio Rossi (UMIL)

2) Appointment of the proposed Deputy Study Leader:
Proposal by the Study Leader: Chris Rogers (STFC)

3) Endorsement of:
- Gender Advisor: E.J Bahng (ISU)
- Dissemination and Communication Officer: Elias Metral (CERN)

4) Decide on the Advisory Committee. Ideally this would be the same as for the International Collaboration.
