When on CERN site, you can find the meeting venue IdeaSquare behind the Globe, across what is now the Science Gateway parking construction site. Walk past the Globe, through a gate in the fence, turn left, and you'll find IdeaSquare.

In order to get wifi access at CERN, you will need to register each device you want to use. For that, please fill in a request here: http://cern.ch/registerVisitorComputer - and use Catarina Batista as the CERN contact person (on the last page of the request form).
Registration
Please make sure to register to the event through the Registration tab in order to get your CERN access badge.
Note: It is possible that small changes in the programme will be made in the meantime due to CERN personnel availability.
