2 Discussion on the preparation of next PSM

• Ongoing checks of budget implementations
• Project office request for manpower needs (preparation to CSR2023)
• Planned meeting on schedule (meeting organised by Marta). FX: need to announce delays on the prototypes.
• Format for the meeting -- how many presentations?
• WP5.1: recap of baseline changes & outcome of Chamoinx

3 AOBs

• Some discussion on the status of the TCTW intervention (see ECR document recently approved). The LMC decided to make the intervention on one collimator, which is ongoing in these days.
• Update on the functional specs: FX updated the latest drafts by RB -- all comments accepted. Ready to go into EDMS. SR acknowledged for the big effort by the people involved in first line!
• SR recalled the EDMs document 2838350: subWPLs should comment on the IR7 layouts by the HL integration team.
