Description

Product Development Project (PdP) course is a multidisciplinary master's course at Aalto University, Finland. During the course that lasts the whole academic year, the students collaborate with industry sponsors to ideate and build a working prototype around the starting problem, brief, or concept given by the sponsor.

Two of the 2022-2023 PdP student teams collaborating with the EU-funded ATTRACT phase 2 R&D&Is are visiting CERN as part of their Student Program Consortium activities. The students will work on their prototypes, teamwork and methodologies through Ideasquare workshops and visits to different CERN affiliates and group work. The trip is also meant to excite and prepare these future professionals for their own respective careers to build a more sustainable, equal and just future for the planet.
