• Mass HammerCloud blacklisting on the 29th; related to mitigation of lock contention in panda database.
• Tier-1 jobs are running fine (c.f. to the pledge).
• No issues to report.

  • IHEP fixed their major network issue
  • The problem still persists
  • IHEP's admin suspect that this is due to the GEANT's blockage of the site
  • Traceroute to IHEP shows that the GEANT is not used
