Salient points:

• The recording of the discussion is on the agenda page. 
• The opening talk should be a bit longer (25-30 mins) where we can invite someone as a guest of honor  to give a high talk about physics and politics
  • Christine has suggested a few names for this opening word and Ulrich will add his own suggestions (see google doc)
• Open physics needs more science communication
  • Christine added some names and Mounia too 
• Obinna would like to add a session  dedicated to Atomic and Molecular Physics (AMO).
• Benard would like to give a talk related on the Pioneering High Energy Nuclear Interaction eXperiment  (PHENIX) collaboration at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC).
• Kenneth has suggested having Petro Abreu (co-chair of the collaboration International Particle Physics Outreach Group): International Masterclasses in Particle Physics.
• Mounia et al. are thinking to organize a colloquium "Beauty of Physics" or "Talk  Physics" and invite young physicists to talk about their experiences and their interest in physics, some kind of an  interactive livestreaming show.
• Azwinndini insisted that the topic related to energy is included on the agenda.
• Christine would like to speak about how to address the global challenges of the 21st Century?  Research Infrastructures (RI) and international collaborations.

• Selection process (Speakers and Abstract)
  • Further information about selection criteria (+review process) will be communicated to the ACP committee.
