Poster presentation instructions

Create and print your poster

The most successful posters are graphically rich presentations of your research that highlight and summarize the main points, with the poster presenter filling in the details in person at the session.

Your poster should include:

  • The paper title and all authors at the top of the poster
  • A brief introduction, goals, experimental detail, conclusions, and references; presented in a logical and clear sequence
  • Explanations for each graph, picture, and table

Size, fonts, and color

  • A0 size and in portrait orientation.
  • Choose your colors to provide strong contrast and avoid pairing red and green elements to assist those with red-green color blindness

Poster Placement:

  • Please ensure that your poster is placed in its designated location within the exhibition and poster area on the first day of the conference between 08:00 and 09:30

Pitch Presentation:

  • You are also required to prepare a brief pitch, approximately 3 minutes in duration, which you will present to a judging panel. They will evaluate the posters and select the best one.
  • The pitch presentation will take place on the first day of the conference, between 6:00 and 7:00 pm.
