Attendees : Marcelina Borcz, Emidio Giorgio, Ivan Marton, Pina Salente, Katarina Pajchel, Andrea Caltroni, Kathryn Cassidy, Piotr Bala, Mathilde Romberg Apologize : Diana Cresti TNA2.2 Emidio communicates EMI-1 release schedule, and that two press release have to be done by NA2 in preparation of it; the first has to be an introductory article, the latter will be a typical 'official' press release. Emidio propose to interview Balazs Konya. Pina comments that it could be useless to issue a press release without having EMI-1 ready; Emidio clarifies that the first issue has to be just an introduction aiming to raise attention on EMI-1, while the second should be issued in conjunction with when EMI-1 is out. Emidio communicates PEB request about Documentation area : items should be organized by capabilities (Compute, Infrastructure...) and, since they constitute a quite long list, the list should be squeezed somehow. Emidio proposes usage of dynamic menus, that allows to hide or show their content. Andrea will investigate on feasibility of it. Kathryn suggests, in case it won't be feasible, to use different web pages. Emidio proposes to have an EMI tutorial as ISC'11, and asks for availability of other tutors, but points out that proposal could not be accepted, since the deadline for submission is today, Feb 15. Mathilde says that UNICORE will have its own booth, and possibly involved staff could have not the time to help out with tutorials. Pina suggests that, should not be the tutorial proposal accepted, to have it in the booth area. Piotr comments that it would be good to have a tutorial, but if it is not accepted we should give up and deliver on the booth just demonstrative videos and examples. Emidio agrees with Piotr. Emidio asks about ARC's availability. Katarina answers that she will investigate. Pina will check with program committee possibility of acceptance for a tutorial. Pina also asks for a reminder to be sent to all-members list, since her first mail was never delivered. TNA2.3 Emidio communicates the dates for EMI first inreach event and asks Kathryn to prepare the announce email for all-members. Emidio asks Kathryn the status of analysis about existing EMI training material. Kathryn answers that it is ongoing, and she will sent a report to the ML by the end of the week. TNA2.5 Emidio communicates PO decision to take over DNA2.4.1, and use material produced until now for DNA2.4.2, due end of April 2011. Emidio communicates partial results of PT survey, 12 answers so far. A reminder will be sent by this week. AOB Next meeting will be held Tuesday 22, same time. --- Actions : Emidio : circulate a list of questions for Balazs about EMI-1 Emidio : Send out a reminder to EMI all members for ISC submissions.
