* [x] Updating to latest release of spack
   * [ ] Try without having a fork in the future, see Key4hep meeting this afternoon
* [x] New virtual machines with 8 cores / 16 GB, building with docker
   * lcg-spack openstack project, not puppet managed yet
   * gitlab runners
* [ ] Setting up buildcache
* [ ] Change builds to use docker containers

* New Key4hep release done

* [ ] Issue with downstream build action?

   * How were tracking performance plots done?
       * Tracking Efficiency: with Erica's Tracking Performance scripts
       * Track resolutions: Emilia's scripts, not sure how to run those
       * Discuss with Strassbourg group tomorrow
